ABOUT ME

I have 18 years of experience in Logistics-related technology consulting and consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with global brands such as Oracle, LF Logistics, APL Logistics, DB Schenker, Electrolux and TOLL Logistics.

Before starting my journey as an independent consultant, I was Assistant Director (Global Consulting) at BrightOrder, a boutique consulting firm specializing in the implementation of enterprise Supply Chain execution systems and Fleet Maintenance applications. During my tenure at BrightOrder, I was responsible for managing the consulting practice in Asia-Pacific and I was involved in Business Development, Project / Program Management, Team Management and Solution Delivery.

I have a proven track record of executing large and complex Transportation Management System implementations with Oracle Transportation Management, domestically and across multiple geographies.

I worked with pallets and jacks when I was 18 - probably the starting point of my ongoing love/hate relationship with the Logistics industry. It's fair to say that I got involved with Logistics by accident.

After graduating with a degree in Computer Science, I started my career in the IT Division of the Port of Singapore Authority (now PSA Corp), developing IT solutions for their Logistics department.

After twenty years with a number of successful and "wished I could've done it differently" projects, I have managed to build a strong professional network that consists of technology partners, solution experts and academia; which I can leverage to meet niche consulting needs.

I am a huge fan of lifelong learning and Tom Clancy said it best: "Life is about learning; when you stop learning, you die".

I am currently attached with Korber Supply Chain Software as a project manager, responsible for the delivery of Transport Spend Optimization projects in APAC.
