I'm a huge fan of lifelong learning. The experience was quite terrifying at first but I would say that going back to school was one of the best decisions I've made. The M.Sc.in Supply Chain Management programme at NUS is an inter-faculty programme between The Logistics Institute - Asia Pacific (TLI-AP), Faculty of Engineering and NUS Business School.

The programme is quite rigorous in my view, with a good balance between theory and practical real-world applications. NUS provided me with the opportunity to learn and surrounded me with such inspiring lecturers and peers. To those who are in a mid-career phase, my advice is to consider going back to school and give yourselves a reboot. We no longer live in the "Study-Work-Retire" model, rather we live in the "Study-Work-Play-repeat" revolution.
