As the Assistant Director for Global Consulting, I look after BrightOrder's Logistics consulting practice in the APAC region. My primary responsibilities included project risk assessment, balancing between consultants' billability vs. time needed for skills upgrade, ensuring profitability of the consulting practice as well as supporting business development.

Before I took on the role of Assistant Director, I continued with my role as the Lead Solution Architect in a large scale TMS implementation and upgrade for LF Logistics.
