I still remember my first day of joining G-Log in 2005 when I was immediately required to be onsite at the client's office in Kuala Lumpur. It was my baptism of fire as a Logistics consultant. My first project with G-Log was with MISC Integrated Logistics (Malaysia) for the GC3 implementation involving Sea Freight and Air Freight transportation for one of their key clients. The project was code-named "MOVE".

In Dec 2005, Oracle acquired G-Log and thereafter I continued with Oracle as a Principal Consultant. GC3 was subsequently rebranded as Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).

 

Apart from the MOVE project, I was also involved with the delivery of a custom Order Entry UI screen for Bax Global (Singapore) with collaboration from offshore resources.
